Madhya Pradesh logs six Covid-19 cases; active tally at 45
Madhya Pradesh has recorded six new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours that took the tally of infections to 10,41,266, an official from the state health department said on Wednesday. As many as 10 patients were discharged from hospitals during the day, raising the count of recoveries to 10,30,487, while the toll stood at 10,734, as no fresh casualties were reported, the official said.
COVID-19 cases increasing in Delhi but hospitalisation low
Despite a spurt in Covid cases in Delhi, hospitalisation has so far been low accounting for less than three per cent of the total active cases, according to government data.
Wednesday’s was the maximum number of cases recorded in Delhi since February 10 when 1,104 infections were reported.

With no significant surge in the number of Covid 19 cases in the State, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope said on Wednesday that the situation is ‘under control’ in Maharashtra. While addressing the media persons, Tope said “My Tuesday’s survey on Covid situation in the state revealed that the state’s covid count remained at 135, while 85 were from Mumbai alone.
