Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was on a visit to Telangana, met film producer and media baron Ramoji Rao at the Ramoji Film City (RFC) in Hyderabad on Sunday.
Taking to Twitter, Amit Shah said, “Ramoji Rao Garu’s life journey is incredible and inspirational to millions of people related to the film industry and media. Today, met him at his residence in Hyderabad.”
Home Minister Amit Shah also met Tollywood actor and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder NT Rama Rao’s grandson, Junior NTR, for dinner just before leaving Hyderabad.
Earlier in the day, the home minister addressed a gathering in Munugode and alleged that the TRS government is committing a sin by keeping the farmers away from PM Fasal Bhima Yojana and assured that if the BJP is voted to power in the next Assembly elections, it will ensure that every grain of paddy will be procured from farmers.
Incidentally, Munugodu Assembly is going to bypolls after sitting Congress MLA Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy resigned and joined the BJP.
