Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 1388.38 crore), RIL(Rs. 1111.08 crore), Adani Ent.(Rs. 1086.16 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1013.45 crore), Policy Bazaar(Rs. 949.19 crore), Apollo Hospital(Rs. 867.51 crore), Infosys(Rs. 853.01 crore),

Ltd.(Rs. 740.05 crore), PayTM(Rs. 737.97 crore) and Rail Vikas Nigam(Rs. 626.05 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Thursday’s session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 216.85 points up at 18484.1, while BSE Sensex rose 762.1 points to 62272.68.

In the Nifty index,

.(up 4.56 per cent),

.(up 4.55 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 3.50 per cent),

.(up 2.95 per cent) and

Ltd.(up 2.93 per cent) stood among the top gainers.

On the other hand,

.(down 1.14 per cent),

.(down 0.91 per cent),

.(down 0.44 per cent),

.(down 0.15 per cent) and

.(down 0.13 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
